I have graduated with Bachelor´s degree in European Studies and Master´s degree in International Management. Recently I have additionally completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management as this area I am passionate about the most!

Currently I work as a Recruitment Lead I am supporting the HR team in bringing in high caliber talents for various types and levels of roles within the one of AI companies. I am involved in the full recruitment process and liaising with candidates, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and peers to follow up recruitment processes to completion. On side I also provide consulting services to people who needs some career advice through my portal YourLevelUp.net.

I am native Polish, fluent in English and recently started to speak Spanish as I live in a sunny Barcelona since 1 year now.

Personally, I an passionate about photography and I love travelling - discovering new places which involves mainly aspects connected with food and music. I am pretty good in cooking and I like spending lazy evenings on watching sci-fi movies and series.
