A - "weak", i.e WAN
E - "cyst", i.e. WEN (a sebaceous cyst)
I - "succeed", i.e. WIN
O - "secured", i.e. WON
Y - "letter", i.e. WYN (an old English runic letter)
So, what's for dessert?! :)
