In Avos (3:15) it says, "One who disgraces the festivals... has no share in the World to Come." What does disgraces the festivals mean? Does halachah speak about this issue?

Tankless Water Heater

Does the installation of a several gallon holding tank attached to a "Tankless Water Heater" resolve the problem of using the Tankless water heater on Yom Tov? Since the call for hot water will first be provided from the holding tank.
