Why wasn't there a Levite among the 12 meraglim?
There was a representative, a leader, from each tribe. Why wasn't there a Levite presence among the 12 meraglim? Does it have something to do with the fact that the Levites have no dedicated territories?

Moses at Fault?
"Moses called Hoshea bin Nun Yehoshua" This teaches that he prayed that Joshua be saved from the spies' plans. (Rashi, Numbers 13:16)
Do any of the classic commentators hold Moses at fault for not praying for the welfare of the rest of the spies?

How do you understand this Rashi? (Bamidbor, 15:24)
In Parsha Shelach, 6th reading, verse 24:
וְהָיָ֗ה אִ֣ם מֵֽעֵינֵ֣י הָֽעֵדָה֘ נֶֽעֶשְׂתָ֣ה לִשְׁגָגָה֒
And Rashi explaines it to mean that the Rabbis ruled concerning one form of service, that it was permitted to worship an idol in this manner.
