Breaking a Neder or Shavu'a
What if someone make a Neder or a Shavu'a in the name of Hashem, and intentionally broke it?
What would someone's punishment be for that? Kares, Malkus etc.?
How can someone do Teshuva for something like that?

Is Bound By A Thought They Didn’t Fully Say But Verbally Came Into Agreement With It?
Is one bound by something that came to mind that they came in agreement with verbally? For example, a thought enters into one’s mind and they say “amen” or “I will.” Are they then bound by that thing?

If Hataras nedarim on erev R'H voids all future vows, commitments, then is it even possible to make a vow or commitment?

Does stating that you made a vow (past tense) although never having actually said it, now constitute a vow?
If I had said "I made a vow to ____", yet this was false and my earlier statement was not an actual vow, does it now become halachically binding by the mere fact that I referred to it as a vow.

Is it worse to swear by Zeus or by Hakadosh Baruch Hu?
One should not swear by false gods. But also, לא תישא את שם ה׳ לשווא. So is it worse (better) to casually, and without really meaning it, promise something "by G-d" or "By all the gods on Olympus"?

Shevuah on Mitzvos
You can’t make a Shevuah against the mitzvos (ie: I won’t shake a Lulav). But can you make a double Shevuah, that neither goes against a mitzva, but together does(ie: I won’t shake any Lulav in this town. Then, I won’t leave this town)?
