Why does Boaz instruct servants to not molest Ruth?
In Ruth 2:8-9 Boaz instructs Ruth to work closely with the maidens and to not stray. He also mentions that he's instructed his servants not to molest her.
Were these servants not Jewish? Or was the spiritual level of the people that bad?

What would have happened if Orpah came with?
Boaz tells Ploni that they two are the only possible redeemers. If Orpah had come with, one of them would have married Boaz and the other would be left single and half the land would be unredeemed.
