Arabic الأضحية refers to the animal that is sacrificed on the occasion of Eid al-Azha.
The Arabic words al-Udhyyah الأضحية or al-Qurban القربان or al-Hady الهدي refer to sacrifice animals. However there's a difference related to the occasion and reason as to why one performs this sacrifice. For example Hady is necessary or recommended for a person performing Hajj.
