If there is any Vasthu dosha then the learned people tell to get the things proper by renovating or rectifying on contructional level. So to rectify Vasthu dosha , can Yagnas, Veda chanting would help ?

Usually Vastu Shanti homa is performed before entering house particularly newly constructed house. Are there any other events related to house when vastu shanti is performed, for example when you do some fixing in house?

I was told that the Vastu Purusha should be of at least 3 grams of gold. I would like to know if that's true/written anywhere. To me, it's size shouldn't really matter. But I was told so by our priest.
