Are there any exercise, or anything to do, So I can keep Pancha Kosha in Good state possible..

Like Im guessing that for a Good

Annamaya Kosha - Asana, Good food Diet..

Pranamaya Kosha - Pranayama,

Manomaya Kosha - ??

Please write If there are anything else..
