Last night I made pickled vegetables (radish, beet, jalapeno, purple cabbage, dill) and forgot to put them in the refrigerator! Are they still good? I boiled the brine which was 3 cups white vinegar and 3 cups water with 5 teaspoons sugar and 3 tablespoons of salt and poured it over. The veggies were completely covered. I just forgot to put them in the fridge after they cooled. They've been out about 12 hours. Are they safe to eat?
