South Korea's largest port, Incheon is only 110km away, and has been suggested for inter-Korea connections in the past. As on September 2015 this looks like a very unlikely prospect

🌍 Haeju Station.  is on the Haeju line between Sariwon, which in turn is connected to Pyongyang.

By plane

🌍 Haeju Airport.  has domestic flights to Chongjin, Pyongyang and Wonsan, although these are not typically available to foreigners.
