  • ๐ŸŒ Gaping Gill (North of Trow Gill where Fell Beck disappears). 100 m (330 ft) as Britian's longest single drop waterfall into Main Chamber Britian's largest underground cavern. The Bradford Pothole Club set this winch up for a short time in the summer.

Gaping Gill together with several other Shake holes nearby (including: ๐ŸŒ Bar Pot, ๐ŸŒ Disappointment Pot, ๐ŸŒ Flood Entrance Pot, ๐ŸŒ Stream Passage Pot and others) are in depressions in the ground - deep enough to kill or seriously injure those who fall into them. For emergencies:
