What parts of the old Pottermore weren't carried over to the new Pottermore?

Conversely, which parts of the new Pottermore weren't on the old Pottermore? (I'm only asking about the parts actually from JK Rowling. Not the stupid Buzzfeed clickbait articles.)

In addition, in the individual character pages (for, say, McGonagall, Kettleburn, or Ollivander) the fact sheets that contained birth dates, parentage, Hogwarts House, and wand type have for whatever reason been omitted. – BolteAltamont Jan 06 '16 at 05:11

@BolteAltamont Some of that information has been filtering its way back in. McGonagall's page, for instance, has all of that stuff again – Jason Baker Jan 10 '16 at 17:52

The old Pottermore also had "message boards", where users could comment on characters and events, upload drawings or just chat (with many checks and limits due to the young age of many users, for example messages could not contain web links ...); the comment boards and the drawing galleries were removed some time before the end of the old site. – lfurini Jan 19 '16 at 17:11

@JasonBaker https://my.pottermore.com/wand I pressed to try out the quiz, and then clicked away without thinking to test out the format, now I'm annoyed as I can't undo it. (I noticed one new question which wasn't on the old quiz and a completely different format.) – ibid Jan 28 '16 at 20:38
  • The Patronus writing will probably get added when the Patronus quiz does. – ibid Jan 28 '16 at 21:06
  • @b_jonas - What we're you trying to edit? (I do realize the answer is a bit of of date) – ibid Oct 03 '18 at 15:42
  • @ibid I was considering to link https://pottermore.wikia.com/wiki/The_Standard_Book_of_Spells,_Grade_2 . This came up when I was searching for answers on this site that mention the old Pottermore as just “Pottermore” and found https://scifi.stackexchange.com/a/50095/4918 on memory charms. – b_jonas Oct 03 '18 at 20:11
  • @b_jonas - But isn't that image already linked too? – ibid Oct 03 '18 at 21:39
  • @ibid An image of the book, as it appeared in old Pottermore, is linked, but the description page on Pottermore Wikia isn't. – b_jonas Oct 04 '18 at 08:36
  • @b_jonas - the wiki page is just a transcription of the image, the trunk description, and the from the story excerpt. I've avoided those last two categories entirely in this answer. – ibid Oct 04 '18 at 17:46
